This recipe is one of my favourites. You can eat it as a breakfast or you can eat is as a desert. This is a cool (literally) treat as a great pre-workout, post-workout pre-whatever smoothie that is packed full of nutrients that will satisfy any craving for a sweet hit!
(Its an Instagram worthy dish)
1 cup of frozen berries
1/8 of the mixture is water/coconut water/milk/almondmilk, depending on how thick/thin you want the smoothie to be
1 tbsp of chia
1 tbsp of hemp
1tbsp of gogi berries
1 tbsp of chopped fruit ( blueberries, strawberries, mango)
Fell free to alter the recipe as you like!
Blend the banana + berries + liquid of choice and pour into a bowl. Then artfully top smoothie with chia,hemp,gogi berries and chopped fruit!
