Hey everybody! Today I will be sharing with you one of my all-time favourite recipes!! This green smoothie recipe is a great drink to fill you up and boost your energy! This drink will leave you feeling healthy, happy and ready to take on the world! (maybe I’m exaggerating a tins-y bit)
For this delicious recipe you will need:
-2 handfuls of spinach ( 1 1/2 cups)
-1 tbsp of Peanut butter
-1 tbsp of chia (optional)
-1 cup of water
Add all ingredients into your blender and mix until you see no specks of spinach and it is all green! The sweetness of the smoothie will overpower the spinach and you wont believe this amazing drink is packed full of nutrients!
