Hey everybody! Today I will be sharing with you a quick, easy and healthy pancake recipe that is sure to be a crowd pleaser! These banana oat pancakes don’t include any flour or added sugar so they are guilt free! In addition, I will be showing how to make your own 30 second blueberry spread to put on top of the pancakes!

For this recipe you will need:
(These mesurements depend on how thick or thin you want your pancakes to be, this recipe is very flexible)

Pancakes:
1 banana
3/4 cup – 1 cup of oats
1/2 – 1/4 egg whites
1 tbsp of cinnamon
Dash of milk ( 2 tbsp)

Fruit Syrup

1/2 cup of a type of berry ( blueberry, raspberry)
1-2 tbsp of honey

Directions:
Mix all of the pancake ingredients into a bowl, making sure the banana’s are well smashed for even cooking. Spoon your mixture onto a buttered/oiled/margarined pan and flip when golden brown. Once your pancakes are cooked and put aside on a plate , grab your berries and throw them into the hot pan. Let them get warm and very soft, once they are hot put them into a bowl with 1-2 tbsp of honey and mix. Voila! You have your homemade Banana Oat Pancakes with homemade berry jam!
